Titan covered in oil, with a primarily methane based atmosphere. The only life bringing element it has that isn't found in traces on this moon is oxygen. For an example of a lake on Titan, I suggest reading up on "Ontario Lacus". (It's name is based off Lake Ontario, one of the world's most massive lakes, found in Ontario, Canada.)

The seafloor point isn't really clear. If the planet is warmed sufficiently why would the core of Titan not be able to act as a seafloor? Is the depth much too great? I'd assume this to be the case but it isn't made explicit on the wiki page
