Gonggong, Also Known As 2007 OR10, Is A Dwarf Planet In The Kuiper Belt Named After A Chinese God In 2019. Terraforming It Will Most Likely Be Impossible, Because It's a dwarf planet like Pluto, which means it doesn't have the mass to make asteroid crashes uncommon.

First, You Might Need To Collect Hydrogen From Gas Giants Like Jupiter or Saturn For The Atmosphere. Then You can melt the water ice on it (all of it), until the object's surface is completely covered in water then you can let some asteroids hit Gonnggong so islands can form, Then Wait Possibly Decades Or (possibly) Centuries for the dwarf planet to heat up to about a range from about -21 C (5.8 F) to 45 C (about 106 F). You Don't Need To Slow down the day rate to 1 day, according to Universe Sandbox. (ITS NOT CALLED 2 ANYMORE, IT IS WHAT IT IS) Then You Can Build an Artificial magnetic field. The Terraforming Will Be Incredibly Hard (harder than venus) Because It's in the Kuiper Belt, so a lot of Asteroids will hit Gonggong which will not allow life to exist.
